Formation Fire evacuation training for companies : practice evacuation exercices in France
The evacuation of a building is a key point in case of fire. It is essential to choose people who will oversee the evacuation as “Evacuation Wardens” and to establish their responsibilities. However, even if these roles are essential, the employees must know how to evacuate a building by identifying the emergency exits or the assembly point and master the fire safety instructions. The evacuation training in english will make your employees operational in ensuring everyone’s safety. The regulations require the implementation of 2 evacuation exercises per year. This training will allow you to capitalize the points to work on during these exercises.

- Evacuate a building while respecting all security procedures
Programme
Understand the course of a fire : Theoretical part of fire evacuation
- Identify the causes and effects of a fire, and the effects on humans
- Know the principle of the “fire triangle” and the different classes of fire
- Know the difference between a fire and a blaze (the rule of 3 minutes)
- To understand the behavior of different materials with fire and the types of fire propagation
- Manage both types of explosions
Fire evacuation : Understanding the organization to put into place and the roles of everyone
- What is an alert and an alarm? Why, when and how to trigger a fire alarm?
- Learn about the fire safety equipment (fire blanket, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Identify the operation of the FSS and the automatic extinguishing devices if they exist
- Master the evacuation instructions according to your building and any building in general
- The concept of “Evacuation Warden”
- Definition and missions of an evacuation warden and the security officer
- Determine the role of the evacuation warden in an evacuation
- How to free of a victim from a closed smoky room
- The behavior to adapt with customers or employees present on site
Practical approach to the evacuation training: On-site visit (exits, routes, assembly point ...)
- Audit of the signposting in the establishment, the escape route and the emergency exits
- Identification of the assembly point, special instructions
- Recommendations for the development of evacuation instructions
